Release Yourself from Others Expectations of You

Do you ever feel nervous about seeing people you grew up with, people from your past? The hooks that tie you to your past can be strong, but you can release yourself from others expectations and be YOU in any circumstances.

The hooks that tie you to your past can be strong. However, they can be released and the old patterns can be transformed.
