Healing the Pain of Loneliness
We do about anything to avoid feeling lonely. But could loneliness hold a message for you? Could it be a calling from within yourself guiding you to your own solutions?

In the Meditation & Healing Circle, we address the pain of Loneliness. The question for today is “Sometimes I feel so lonely, the pain is unbearable. I want someone to love who loves me. Is this possible?”
The response offers a deeper understanding of loneliness and the pain it produces. Today’s meditation offers a spring of Love to fill the emptiness and free us from the unhealthy coping strategies that we have relied on in the past to bring relief.

Sometimes I feel so lonely, the pain is unbearable. I want companionship, someone to love who loves me. Is this possible?
Beloved, I love that you know your loneliness. Disconnecting from this knowing, denying your pain, is a great source of addiction and can bring even more pain and dysfunction to your life and the lives of your loved ones.
As painful as it is, know your loneliness. I am calling you home to yourself to know Me in your heart. I am here. Do not give in to the behaviors that distract you from your pain. Those that cause or result from addiction. Be with Me. Stay with Me. I will fill you up and make you whole and complete. I will give you what no human being can. To expect a human to fill your emptiness is not fair to either of you. It’s beyond the capacity of a human’s ability. Instead, turn to Me. Call to Me from your heart, turn the opening in your heart to My river of Love that flows from My infinite ocean and allow Me to fill you up. Receive, receive, receive. Be filled. Allow My love to fill you, satiate you, hydrate you, saturate you.
You can become complete in My love and only in My love. And then I can bring you a companion who can meet you, one who is also complete, to have a healthy interactive exchange. One without dependence and neediness that can never be filled by another. Fill up with My love to know yourself, complete yourself, be your true self, be Me (My pure reflection).
I am love, My love is within you waiting to fill your Cup. Be Me (My pure refection). Turn to Me. Let Me fill you. I am here. You are loved. You are love.

Be the ocean.
May your heart be filled with the pure Divine Love and Compassion that is the core of your own existence. May it return you home to know yourself completely and rely on the Divine.
