Clearing the Mind of Misleading Messages

Do you know that you are being marketed to constantly? The average person sees between 4,000 and 10,000 marketing messages per day! How can you know what’s right if you’re not clearing the mind on a regular basis?

Everyone is trying to influence what you believe, what you think you need, who you want to be, even your deepest desires. They play on your emotions, influence your beliefs, and redirect your actions.

Some of the messages are blatant. You can see and hear them, and you can decide whether they appeal to you. Others are more subtle. They sneak in when you’re not paying close attention and play in the background in your subconscious thoughts.

You know those jingles that play in your head, and then suddenly you realize what you are humming and say, “What? Stop! Get out of my head!”

When your mind is confused or in survival mode, it’s hard to access your guidance, your own inner knowing, let alone your creativity or passion for life. Enough already! You're not here just to survive. You're here to thrive! Share on X

And then there are those messages that induce fear and put your nervous system into survival mode. Certainly you must take action right away if your life depends on it! There are lots of these everywhere now, and they are all trying to influence your beliefs and behaviors.

It’s hard to know who or what to believe. And when your mind is confused or on high alert survival mode, it’s difficult to your access own guidance, your own inner knowing, let alone your creativity or your passion for life.

Enough already! You’re not here just to survive. You’re here to thrive!

Let’s come together to clear out the gunk from our minds and reconnect our minds with the seat of our inner truths – our hearts.
