Embracing the Unknown in Times of Change

Does the caterpillar know what it will feel like to fly? I don’t know, but we are in a time of transition, moving into an era of peace. It will look different from now in many ways, beyond what our minds can imagine. Much of our current existence and dependencies will fall away.

We can visualize what life will be like. We can take steps to make ourselves ready. But for this change, it will be challenging to manage every detail using our logical planning minds.

What can we do to make ourselves ready? That is the topic and practice of today’s Meditation & Healing Circle.

3 STEPS to EMBRACE THE UNKNOWN:

Visualize a world of peace. What qualities stand out for you? How does this affect your daily life? Who will you be and what will you do in a world of peace?Feel yourself there. What of your authentic inner wisdom come through? Embrace it. Allow it to be strengthened in your core. It is for you and your contribution.

Release the old ways. What needs to fall away? What does not fit in a world of peace? What dependencies and fears can be released? Let go of the attachments so it is easier to embrace new ways as they present themselves.

Strengthen Faith and Trust. Does a caterpillar know he’s becoming a butterfly? Does he know what his butterfly body will look like or feel like? Does he know he will have a role as a pollinator? Does the caterpillar know what it will feel like to fly?
