Beyond the Breakthrough

Can you think of a time when you had a breakthrough, but still didn’t really feel at ease with the situation – like it just is what is without any explanation or justification, nothing to prove? Would you like to move beyond breakthrough into mastery?

In today’s Prayer & Healing Circle, we’re going to talk about the difference between a breakthrough and healing. I can think of several times in the past when I had a breakthrough and considered myself healed. I made a lot of mistakes I later regretted.

A breakthrough is a significant step in the healing process, but often it’s a place where the true healing can begin. Healing comes when there is transformation and that transformation is embodied, integrated and becomes a part of daily living.

I like to say, “The grass is green. The sky is blue. The sun is bright. You are you.” No apology necessary. Nothing to prove. Just you authentically being your awesome self.
