Fill Your Cup with Mercy
Sometimes we just need to stop, take a deep breath and allow ourselves to be filled with Mercy.
That’s the focus of today’s Prayer & Healing Circle. We will empty our cups and expand our capacity to receive, and then fill the cup with the healing power of the love of the Divine.

Empty your cup to expand your capacity to receive, and fill your cup with the love and healing power of Divine Mercy. Share on X
Join us via replay for an experiential healing meditation, to expand your capacity for love and receive the Divine Mercy, love and healing that is here for you.
As always, you are welcome to bring your prayers for personal struggles, challenges of and with those you care about, for peace, for fulfillment, and for the health and sustainability of our planet.
Bring whatever is on your heart. Come as you are, receive, heal and grow. Please invite your friends to join us, too.
Here are some of the Divine Names and Sound Codes we used in today’s circle:
Ar-Rahman, The Ocean of Divine Compassion
Ar-Rahim, The Flow of Divine Mercy
I hope this has been helpful for you today. We’re going through some tough times, and I believe it’s going to be a while before we get to a collective state of love and harmony. Meanwhile, we can each do our part to stay healthy and attuned to raise the vibration and keep it as high as possible. It will help the whole planet.
In the future, if you’d like to join us live, there is time for Q&A and sharing at the end of the call – off the recording.
You’re invited to catch all the replays and join us live next time.
