Healing, Transformation, Manifestation. What’s the Difference?
What is the difference between Healing and Transformation? And how do we get there from here? Listen in to today’s Prayer & Healing Circle to find out…
After last week’s session on Setting Inspired Intentions and Affirmations, I thought we’d talk about 7 Steps to Manifestation today. However, guidance came in and directed me to talk about 7 Steps to Transformation instead.
Healing, Transformation, Manifestation. While there are similarities and parallels, transformation penetrates deeper and is more complete than healing. Ultimately, this is what we seek. From the transformation – once the core is aligned with Spirit – we can plug into the Sacred Power Center and Manifestation flows naturally and powerfully.

In this episode, we discuss the differences. Healing means to make whole. Transformation means to change form or character. Manifest means to become evident.
The first 3 steps of healing gives you an effective mental and emotional healing. This is important for releasing subconscious patterning. Then in step 4, the Journey to the Center of Your Self, you receive healing for your Spiritual Heart and Soul. Then Step 5 guides you through a Spiritual Tranformation. Step 6 helps you anchor in the transformation, and step 7 help you integrate on all layers – physical body, etheric body, mind, heart, soul.
Manifestation comes from then plugging into the Sacred Power Center and aligning with the flow – saying yes to the inspirations which have been knocking at the door of your heart.
In this Prayer & Healing Circle, I guide you step-by-step through the 7 Steps of Transformation, and we discuss the Manifestation.
