Daily Habits to Raise Your Vibration
Woke up this morning and it’s still 2020! The challenges continue. But that doesn’t mean we have to internalize the challenges and let the stress infiltrate our bodies. There are simple practices we can do every day to lift our vibrations and help to lift the vibration of the planet…

In today’s Prayer & Healing Circle, we practice 7 steps to raise your vibration. At the end, I offer suggestions for a few more to support your physical body as well.
This is not a cop-out, denial or a spiritual bypass. Our world need us to help keep the vibration high as we move through the trying times.
Get a pen and paper so you can follow along and make notes for yourself.
7 Daily Practices to Raise Your Vibration
- Prayer to clear debris – release what is not yours to carry and/or no longer needed, bring yourself into wholeness and connection.
Here’s a prayer you can use to clear:
“With the help of my Source/God/Spirit
(your word for your Highest Power),
my guides, angels of healing and all
forces of the Universe that support my healing and wholeness,
I release you from my body, mind, heart and soul,
and allow you to be returned to your rightful place.” - Gratitude – write at least 3 relevant gratitudes, and really feel your gratitude.
- Intention – write an intention for the day in a positive format. (the positive state you’re moving toward, not the negative you’re moving away from)
- Praying for others – put yourself in a state of compassion, one of the highest states we can embody, as you pray for others helping to lift them too.
- Daily acts of kindness – make part of your intention to share acts of kindness – a smile, a heart-felt compliment, a joyful greeting, a helping hand.
- Faith and Trust – call on your Source and ask for help to strengthen your faith and trust in the broader scope of the cosmic plan. Download the 10 Spiritual Principles of Our Human Existence for help keeping perspective. Call on the Divine Name, Al-Mu’min for Support, Faith and Trust.
- Repeat the Prayer to clear debris (#1) again before you go to sleep. These days I find myself needing to call on that one more frequently.

Support Your Physical Body to Maintain a High Vibration
Here are a few things to do every day to support your physical body to maintain a high vibration:
- Move your body – it loves it! Increase circulation and include some resistance. Be gentle with yourself. Respect your limitations. If you need support, please consult with a professional.
- Breathe – when stressed the breath tends to get shallow. Take some full deep inhales allowing your body to expand, and exhale to release the tension.
- Hydrate – stay hydrated, drink clean pure water.
- Eat clean – fresh, live, high-water-content, whole foods plant-based, close to the earth.
- Self-appreciation – Yes! You deserve appreciation too. Look at yourself as if you are looking at someone you love and think about how you might want to show appreciation for that person, then do that for you!
- Sleep – quantity and quality. As you put these steps into practice, notice if your quality of sleep improves.
I hope this has been helpful for you today. We’re going through some tough times, and I believe it’s going to be a while before we get to a collective state of love and harmony. Meanwhile, we can each do our part to stay healthy and attuned to raise the vibration and keep it as high as possible. It will help the whole planet.
