Releasing Fear from the Heart
Confrontation, even when it’s for the highest good, stirs up fear. Releasing fear from the heart is imperative to maintaining our natural compassion.
Listen to the podcast here:
To say it’s been tense lately is an understatement. Whether you’re directly involved, in a support role or an outside observer, as a compassionate human being, it’s natural to fear for the safety of all others. Compassion is our core, and we do not want to see any other get hurt.
When the heart gets filled with fear, it becomes tense. Breathing gets shallow, the chest is tightened, the diaphragm gets frozen, circulation feels constricted, energy becomes stagnant.
It’s hard to function at your best and be productive in this constricted state.
Yet, this is all part of the collective evolution we are moving through. The vibration of our planet is increasing in frequency. We’ve all been feeling it for quite some time now, whether we recognize it or not.
As the vibration gets higher, all the lower density behaviors cannot exist here. They have to evolve in order for the collective to evolve. The uprising around racial injustice is calling out the beliefs and behaviors that have to go.

Likewise. the pandemic has spotlighted racial inequalities, socioeconomic injustices, our horrific treatment of animals, abhorrent practices in our food industry, the impact of unhealthy diet and lifestyle, and the impact our daily lives have on air and water quality.
The Universe is lifting some veils so we can see more clearly and directly the consequences of our daily choices. It is giving us an opportunity to reflect and choose to evolve.
We’ve seen many examples of this as people have come together to support each other in creative ways, emerging creative ways to share gifts and spread joy and love.
We have to choose daily practices to maintain optimal well-being, manage our emotions and make more effective decisions especially needed in these critical times.
We have a choice to do our daily spiritual practices, clear our hearts of tension and take active steps to lift our vibrations. This helps us individually AND this helps the collective to evolve more peacefully.
We fear what we do not understand.
Now is the time to understand more
so that we will fear less.”
