The Ho’Oponopono practice is very simple. It’s a 4-part recitation:
- I’m sorry.
- Please forgive me.
- I love you.
- Thank you.
We will make this an experiential healing practice so you receive healing for yourself and for those you pray for.

As the month of April is National Child Abuse Awareness Month and also Sexual Assault Awareness Month, I will be offering prayers for all who are sequestered in their homes this month for whom the home is not a safe space.
You are welcome to bring whatever is on your heart for yourself, your loved ones, the planet.
