Awakening the Light of Unity in Your Heart

We’re in a time of increasing polarization. Current events have been separating us into us-vs-them camps – “he said, she said, which side are you on?’

It’s time for awakening the light of unity and wholeness, as difficult as it may seem from that place. At the depths of our existence, we are all one.

The polarizing “he said, she said” stories put us into blame-victimhood. This is a disempowering state – giving half our power away to the “other side” who is responsible for our misery.

This is not saying we do not seek justice and accountability for those who bring harm. However, we cannot resolve our differences by increasing distance and further dividing the states of separation.

We have to access the unity from within ourselves, heal the wounds to restore wholeness in ourselves, and know the Oneness for ourselves.

Then we can call all the parts together from the state of inner wholeness and oneness.

So, how do we access unity from duality?

We are each and all a reflection of One Light. We are given life through one Life Force that runs through all of existence like electricity. This is what gives life to your body so that consciousness can flow through your vessel.

This Life Force exists beyond our time-space reality, and it is alive at your core. We can access and awaken the Divine Light of Unity within the heart by calling on the Divine Attribute of Al-Hayy, the Living, the One Who lives forever, the One Who always exists.

If we want to heal the divisions in our world, we have to access the unity from within ourselves, heal the wounds to restore wholeness in ourselves, and know the Oneness for ourselves. Share on X
