Our emotions can build up inside us and act like the steam inside a pressure cooker, especially when we feel powerless to change the situation we are in. If we do not regularly decompress and let the steam out, the stress can wreak havoc on our physical, mental, and emotional health.
In this Meditation & Healing Circle, I share 7 practices that you can use to release the pressure valve, and we’ll do four of them together.
