The body is what allows you to deliver the fruits of your soul’s purpose in this physical world.
1. Keep your body clean from the inside out.
- Diet. Eat a diet of fresh, clean, whole foods. Choose simple foods from nature that are provided from the earth, designed to work in harmony with your natural rhythms. Choose foods that are easily digested. Eat in quantities that keep you feeling light, not too full. Eat real foods with a natural life force that will lift your vibration.
- Hydration. If you are eating a diet of fresh whole foods, you are taking in water from the foods you eat. In addition to eating high-water-content foods, reduce or eliminate diuretics, such as caffeine drinks and alcohol. When you drink water, hydrate your body with pure, clean water. You are 75-80% water. Clean water supports all of your functions and helps maintain a clean body from the inside out.
- Fasting periods. Digestion is a 24-hour process. Your body needs time to adequately digest your foods and clean up internal waste. Digestion includes 3 phases: ingestion, assimilation and elimination. Keep your ingestion phase – the taking in of foods – to an 8-hour period, and leave the remaining 16 hours of the day for the assimilation and elimination cycles. Try giving your digestive system a complete rest at least once a week, either through eating minimally, juicing or taking in only water for the day.
- Meditation and prayer. I realize this is not eating, but it is so important to the digestive functions, I couldn’t leave it out. In addition to maintaining clear connection in your spiritual life, meditation and prayer support your nervous system. Your body cannot digest foods while it is stressed out. You must release yourself from the grips of stress in order for your systems to function properly. If the concepts of meditation and prayer are not comfortable for you, try gratitude. Gratitude is a simple and profound form of prayer.

Tips 1 and 2 will help to keep your body’s vibration high. In addition, you raise your vibration when you align your intention and conscious awareness to your actions.
Be clear on your intentions in your daily actions, and bring your conscious awareness to be present with your eating practices and food choices, as well as your presence in your body.
Aligning your intentions with your deep heart – your connection to your divine truths – will lift your vibration and give flight to the wings of your soul.
