10 Steps to Fill Your Heart with Love

Happy Valentine’s Day! In honor of this Day of Love, I have a special treat for you. Today we will follow 10 simple steps to clear the heart of clutter, release its constriction, rest into the heart and bathe in a waterfall of love.

Here’s an outline of the 10 Steps:

Release debris/clutter
Breathe into the heart
Thymus thump
Rub heart in circular motion
Think of something you love, feel love (person, animal, event, time in your life, place, activity that brings you joy, flower, feeling sunshine, season, nature)
Mmmmmmm sound, the Fluid Existence
Hu or Ha sound, Cave breath – back of mouth
Breathe all parts of your self into vertical core
Lean back into your core, under the waterfall
Breathe, Receive, Let it land.
